First Aid Training

Training levels

Within your first couple of months as a member of the RAF Air cadets you will have gained a first aid qualification. This is a basic award that allows you to have the knowledge to preform CPR, help somebody who is having a heart-attack, suffering from severe bleeding, choking, and how to put somebody into the recovery position until help arrives. Once you complete this award you will receive a badge for your uniform to show that you have been trained. As with all of our training, you start with the basics and you can progress through, this is the same for the first aid training.
